How is my price calculated?
Your price is the live spot value of the metal plus a premium that depends on the bar type, quantity and timing. Both are shown separately in your written confirmation.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Qatari riyals or US dollars, by bank transfer from your company's own account. We do not accept payments from third parties.
How do I receive my bars?
You can collect from our Doha desk by appointment with identification and written authorisation, or arrange insured delivery to an address in Qatar.
Are the rates on this website live?
Yes — they update continuously from international spot markets and show the value of the metal itself. They are for information; your final price is always confirmed by the desk.
