Is there a minimum order?
We work with business buyers and quote per requirement. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what is possible — premiums improve with larger bars and quantities.
How long does account opening take?
Usually a few working days once we have complete documents. Once your account is open, it stays open — repeat orders move quickly.
How long is a quotation valid?
Because gold moves continuously, each written confirmation states its own validity window. Accept within it and your price is fixed.
Can you source a refinery or weight not listed?
Often, yes. Other refineries, weights and granules can be sourced on request — ask the desk with the details.
Do you buy gold back?
Speak to the desk about selling recognised bars back. Bars must be in good condition with their documentation, and the same onboarding rules apply.
Do you accept cash?
No. All payments are made by bank transfer from the client company's own account, which keeps every transaction traceable.
