This website is operated by Monega Gold Trading, a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 191764 (“Monega”, “we”). By using the website you accept these terms.

Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any metal or product, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. Products shown are indicative of the range we can supply; availability is confirmed only in writing by our desk.

Orders

No order is formed through this website. Transactions take place only after client onboarding and a written confirmation from Monega stating the product, quantity, price, validity and settlement terms.

Trademarks

Refinery and brand names such as PAMP, Valcambi, Argor-Heraeus, The Royal Mint and Emirates Gold, and their logos, are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products concerned; Monega is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Product illustrations are representative; the exact appearance of bars may vary by refinery and production series.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Monega is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute.

About our rates

Rates shown on this website are indicative references derived from international spot markets and update automatically. They show the value of the metal only and exclude premiums, fabrication and making charges, delivery and any taxes.

Spot references for gold, silver, platinum and palladium are sourced from third-party market data.
The 24-hour gold change and chart use the PAX Gold (PAXG) market as a continuous trend reference, aligned to spot.
Qatari riyal values use the Qatar Central Bank peg of 3.64 riyals per US dollar.
Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. When the global market is closed, the last reference is shown.

Executable prices are given only in a written confirmation from our desk.

Privacy notice

What we collect

When you contact us or send an enquiry we receive the details you provide — such as your name, company, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also collect the information required for due diligence under Qatari law.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide our services.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements.
To keep records of transactions as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example e-mail hosting), with banks and logistics partners where needed to complete a transaction, and with authorities where the law requires.

Storage in your browser

This website stores a few preferences in your own browser — such as your chosen currency and the bars in your enquiry list — so they are remembered between visits. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry.

As a dealer in precious metals, Monega applies the customer due-diligence, screening, reporting and record-keeping obligations of Qatar's anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing framework, including Law No. (20) of 2019.
